Service & Support: The Years After the Installation

A stabilizer is a fifteen-year relationship, not a delivery. This is the part of the site about everything after the sea trial: who maintains your system, what the warranty covers, and who picks up the phone.

RotorSwing systems are supported through in-house engineering in Nuth, a network of service partners across the Netherlands, Spain and France, practical owner-level maintenance, and a lifetime warranty on the Multi V-belt.

Warranty

The headline is simple: a lifetime warranty on the Multi V-belt, with HISWA conditions applying to all deliveries and work. The specifics live in our warranty, in plain terms.

Maintenance

RotorSwing systems are designed with simplicity and reliability as the starting point, and many periodic checks can be done by the owner or a local technician. What that actually involves, and what belongs to a professional: what maintenance actually involves.

Service partners

Many service partners across the Netherlands, Spain and France carry the network. Because all engineering is in-house, those partners work with the latest hardware and software from the source. Locations and details: the service-partner network.

The factory itself

Behind every partner stands the factory in Nuth. Owners have documented the pattern more than once: proactive check-ups, at our request, sometimes free of charge, years after installation. Their accounts are in proactive service, documented by owners.

Whatever the question, whether it's a sound you don't recognize, a refit on the horizon, or a season-start check, it ends up with an engineer either way.
